I live in the section of Kings Point that is called Saxony. It is my belief based upon my personal experience that the Saxony Condominium, Inc. is conspiring to steal condos from the owners. The way that they are doing it is by secretly creating baseless fees to the owners account. This throws the owners into a negative balance.  Then they monthly add late fees, legal fees, etc. to the owners account. Over a matter of years these add up to an amount that a retired person on a fixed income can not afford to pay. They are foreclosing on properties and then selling them to the next victim.

Even if you pay what they ask for a secret legal fee is added. I once sent a letter to the association about their bogas fees. I was charged $60 legal fee for them to read the letter and then another $60 for them to send me a letter in reply. If I did nothing they charged me. If I so much as sent them a letter they charged me. If I paid they charged me a additional fee to accepting the payment.
